Layouts
Here we have researched ways to achieve the most suitable layouts for a storyboard animatic to insure that we end with a realistic or professional appearance.

Sketching:
We have found this video on how to sketch a storyboard in a correct way. We will not use this method because we could create better quality and colour usages with different equipment.

This website showed us step by step instructions on how to create a photo packed storyboard which we have decided not to use as it would be a much longer process then the other methods. Although this is more for photo-frames the process also applies to a storyboard for any type of filming.
digital work:
We have equipment already purchased for us that we have access to which is a graphite pad. After looking at other options to create the storyboard animatic we have chosen to use the digital graphite pad as it is less time consuming and has a professional outcome.
